The Program: - An annual cohort of 8-12 attorneys
- Selected & committed to 12-month program
Phase 1: Months 0-6- 2-day kickoff/orientation training with curated notebook
- Lunch-n-learns: 2-3 lunch-time training sessions per month
- Access to free or discounted legal tools and training
- If needed, co-working office space
Phase 2: Months 7-12- Practical training, 1-2 sessions per month
- discounted office space, free/discounted tools and training
Phase 3: Months 13+ (optional) - Become part of incubator alumni network, help and support future cohorts

Cameron Hardesty of Source Paralegal
Source Paralegal. Cameron is a lawyer and (former) paralegal. He founded Source Paralegal in 2021 as a firm that provides paralegal support for small/growing law firms. His idea is that a small firm may not be able to hire a full time paralegal but they can hire source paralegal to provide the support as it’s needed.
